Fiscal Responsibility

From the day we took office, one of our top priorities was to make New Castle fiscally responsible. We have worked tirelessly so our property taxes will not cause our Town to become unaffordable to many young families, drive-out our seniors and empty nesters, and ultimately drive down our property values.  We have crafted budgets that provide our residents with the essential municipal services they expect and deserve.  We are funding our $14.8M Chappaqua Downtown Revitalization.  All while staying within the tax cap – every single year!
